Anemone tomentosa ‘Rose Beauty’ is a hardy perennial that can grow up to a height of 24-36 in. (60-90 cm) and spread 1-2 feet. It belongs to the family Ranunculaceae. It is also known as Grape leaf anemone. It has spreading lumps of dark green herbaceous foliage which bear large and lovely flowers of two and half inches and silvery pink in color. The stems of 36-40 inches long bear these flowers that bloom from July to September. The edges of the petals are paler hue. They prefer partial shade and warm climate and grow well in hardy to zone four. The plant has average water need. The leaves are lobed and are wooly grey-green underneath and vine shaped.
Anemones tend to suffer plant diseases like Aphids, beetles, and slugs. The soil pH conditions should be 4.6 to 5.0 (highly acidic), 5.1 to 5.5 (strongly acidic), and 5.6 to 6.0 (acidic). It can grow on woodlands and can be used as cut flower or in rock gardens. This plant is native to China. The clusters of flowers make it perfect for decoration. Its excellent late season color makes it best for gardens or lovely in bouquets.

• This plant needs exposure to Sun to Partial Shade.
• This plant needs moist soil consistently.
• Do not let the soil dry out between watering.
• The soil pH conditions should be 4.6 to 5.0 (highly acidic), 5.1 to 5.5 (strongly acidic), and 5.6 to 6.0 (acidic).
• It can be propagated by dividing the root ball or by sowing seeds.

• Sow seeds about 1mm deep and cover thinly with compost or grit.
